Life Skills is a four week program that focuses on the practical skills needed for the tasks of daily life. The adult student will learn about:
- personal development
- self-esteem
- physical health and nutrition
- self-control
- communication skills
- conflict resolution and problem solving
- and how to budget and handle their financial needs.
The goal of the program is to ensure that the adults are equipped with the tools needed to enter into the job market.
The overall objective is to assist the adult in becoming totally self sufficient.
