Job Placement is a key component of the services at NMCDC service center. Our goal is to assist our participants with obtaining employment that has benefits and is most appropriate for their skill levels. Continuous efforts are made to form relationships with local employers to provide opportunities for our qualifying applicants for available positions. Although a job is not guaranteed upon graduation we do everything in our power to influence the placement of our participants who complete the six weeks Work Ready School Program. This program is designed to provide each participant with the following:
- Employability Skills
- Interviewing Skills
- Workplace Skills
- Job Acquisition/Life Management Skills
Classes are held on Monday through Friday form 8:00 am - 2:00 pm along with the JRA (Work Ready) classes.
