Because there was a growing need primary health care and long hours to wait before seeing a doctor, North Midtown CDC partnered with the University Medical Center to provide needy services to the residents right at their front door. The clinic, Unacare, provides convenient, affordable healthcare and health education services to the Midtown population. It is staffed with nurse practioners, a faculty RN, and a patient services representative.
The clinic provides services such as:

- Health Screenings
- Health Care Services for Chronic Illness
- Well Baby Services
- Prenatal and Postpartum Services
- Health Care Education
